Your Second Visit to Our North Fork Practices

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

Your second visit will involve a complete report of Dr. Hinsch's findings and his recommendations for care.

The cause of your problem will be discussed, how long it will take for it's correction and also the cost for your care.

Dr. Hinsch will review the specifics of the examination conducted, what the x-rays reveal the health of your spine and also give you lifestyle suggestions (diet, exercise, sleep posture etc.) that will help you help us.

You should plan on this visit lasting about 30 minutes.

Dr Jim Asks some important questions of interest to North Fork residents - Chiropractor North Fork Dr Jim Asks...

Is a muscle spasm a cause or an effect?
With the knee-jerk use of muscle relaxers, you'd think it was a cause. But it's an effect. Chiropractors know that bones don't move unless muscles move them. And muscles don't contract unless commanded by the nervous system. That's why your nervous system is the focus of our North Fork chiropractic practice.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a North Fork chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
