Regular Visits

A typical office visit is a brief procedure and generally lasts no longer than ten minutes.  One thing that our patients consistently remark is how little waiting time their is in our office.

Avoid relapse with regular visits. We're notorious for being on schedule and will honor your time as though it were our own.

You'll be shown to a room, Dr. Hinsch will evaluate your current need for care and check you spine and adjust you if necessary.

That's it, then your free to get on with your day, we also have moist heat packs, electrical muscle stimulation and ultrasound and Dr. Hinsch may use these modalities as he sees necessary to aid in your progress and healing.

Dr Jim Asks some important questions of interest to North Fork residents - Chiropractor North Fork Dr Jim Asks...

Is a muscle spasm a cause or an effect?
With the knee-jerk use of muscle relaxers, you'd think it was a cause. But it's an effect. Chiropractors know that bones don't move unless muscles move them. And muscles don't contract unless commanded by the nervous system. That's why your nervous system is the focus of our North Fork chiropractic practice.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a North Fork chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
