    I had forgot about the epsom salts bath. Years ago, after my husband died, I was exhibiting too much stress so a friend suggested trying a massage. After the massage, the person who massaged me said if I really wanted to feel relaxed and reduce any muscle soreness from the massage, I should take a warm bath with epsom salts. I did, and it did feel great and sleep came more easily. Thanks for the reminder, Dr. Hinsch.
